I use to check my phone very frequently until I decided to take away the 3G internet. Another reason why I check my phone less frequently is because I shift my content consumption to my iPad Mini. The size matter! The bigger a device the less frequent you will keep looking. I cannot remember when was the last time I keep pulling out my 13′ MacBook from my bag in the public.

We can avoid sticking our freaking face at a smart device by making small changes. iPhone is so portable that you can easily keep it in your pocket and as easy pulling it out from your pocket every single minute you manage to steal.
