Setting a target and going from A to Z is hard.

The minimum salary in Malaysia is RM1,500, which totals RM18,000 a year. If you set a goal to achieve RM24,000, that’s an extra RM6,000 — a figure that seems difficult, almost impossible.

What should we do? We should view it as a long-term goal. Start small, and if you break it down and micro-manage, it’s just a RM16.43 surplus per day.
