As Apple usual fashion, the event will be held at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater in San Francisco, and begins at 10 a.m. Kuala Lumpur time would be on Wednesday, 23 October 2013, 1 a.m.

What have the rumors tricycle bought us so far? iPad 5th generation, iPad Mini, MacBook Pro, Mac Pro, Apple TV, Mac OS 10.9 (mavericks), and some random oddball, an iWatch!

The only three things that I can’t wait to know: iPad Mini, Apple TV and Mavericks

I really hope the iPad Mini announcement today would have a retina display. The iPad Mini was a joy to use compared to the 10″ size. With retina display, this would be the best tablet in the world.

We already know how great the OS X is. Year after year Apple make improvement and introduce new features to the OS. This year, the number one feature that I really want from Apple new OS, Mavericks, is the battery saving feature. I really can’t wait to see how this sucker improved my laptop battery as promised by Apple.

I wanted to buy Apple TV for a long time. It’s not expensive but I’m not ready to buy until Apple update this sucker today.

iWatch

I think we all can agree, this is not going to happen. Why? This is a revolutionary product that demands its own stage show. Not in a million years Apple would squeeze in today’s event.

Is iWatch real? Yes it is pretty much real! You don’t suppose Apple sudden hiring of Nike design director Ben Shaffer, former CEO of the fashion house Yves Saint Laurent Paul Deneve and Burberry’s CEO Angela Ahrendts too much of a coincident? It is not. The iWatch is coming but likely not today.

iWatch is all about fashion statement. Rolling out a smart watch like how Sony and Samsung does is pretty much a DOA.
