Breakfast in Kuching with Kampua
For those of you who love Kampua (means dry noodle in Foochow) I do recommend you to try Kampua @ Lee Coffee shop (Lao Lee) This one taste quite good.
Kampua
Kampua is Chinese Foochow famous dish/noodle in Sibu, Sarawak. Like in Kuching, you look for Kolok Mee but in Sibu you look for Kampua. Kampua normally are handmade and I think they still do.
If you want a real good and big dish of Kampua, you have to travel to Sibu.
Kampua In Sibu Sarawak
I think you will like Sibu for their foods. Sibu serve their food in big portion with a great deal. Kampua in Sibu normally are between RM2 – RM3. I use to ate that for RM1.60 8 or 9 years ago.
Have you tried Kampua before? If you’re traveling to Kuching Sarawak, don’t forget to give our Kampua and Laksa a try.
You have a great day! XOXO
P/s Any suggestion or ideas to my Breakfast column all are welcome. If you like to guest write… You’re upmost welcome!
