I had Kolok Mee for breakfast almost every day. This delicious noodle gets prepared in less then 5min with topping of sweet pork slices, fried onion and minced pork fried in soya sauce.
Dip the noodle in a hot water give it a few shake then rinse the hot noodle in a bucket of cold water; repeat process onto the hot water again and you are pretty much done.
The cooked noodle now gets topping, one or two pinch of minced pork, five to six small slices of sweet port and lastly the sweet tasty aroma of fried onion goes on top of the noodle.
Give it a try the next time you visit Kuching.

uhm.. we dont have so much bike parking places here near shops/etc
what is that “5D” thing near KFC?
I like how you serve even simple food, it can be just some rice, cucumber and a half of egg but it can be served so it looks attractive (:
funny isn’t it, the simple the food the more lightly we would like it. I guess life is just like that, keep it simple.
