For the pass two weeks my iPhone was not auto backups to iCloud. My iMessage was not successfully activated. If you talk to Siri and set reminder, it will not work. You may ask Siri “what’s the weather like today?” it will tells you no information available.

Sign in and sign out of iCloud does nothing to help.

The fix

It’s turn out the Location Services play a big part in making sure your iPhone perform properly.

Fixing my issue by simply checked This Device. After that, my iPhone back to normal and all the problem I have which I described above gone away.

Simple and yet not so simple.
