iOS 5 iPhone 4 Celcom

Update to iTunes 10.5 Before you continue with iOS 5 iPhone 4 Celcom updates

(3GS & 4, 1st and 2nd generation iPad)

It will probably takes 2 – 3 hours on uninterrupted download on your 1Mbps Streamyx line. If you want to cut the download timing by half try using broadband speed that support up to 7.2Mbps.

Important note: Do not pause your download other wise you will be force to start all over again from zero.

Once you finish download iOS 5 with your iTunes 10.5 – start updating your iPhone 4 Celcom (Maxis or Digi3GS & 4, 1st and 2nd generation iPad) – make sure you still connected to the internet and do not unplug from your computer.

This update contains over 200 new features notable iMessage, Newsstand, Reminders, Twitter integration, Camera-Photo-Mail-Calendar-Game Center improvement, Air Play Mirroring, Multitasking Gestures for iPad and many more.

Perhaps the most anticipated features in iOS 5 was the redesign notification center and iCloud – I can’t wait to give it a test drive.

Apple started iCloud service today and you should be able to start using the free 5GB iCloud right from your iPhone-iPad-Mac and you may access directly by visiting iCloud.com with your Apple ID to manage your Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Find My iPhone and iWork.

  1. I’m not using iCloud yet, as I only have iPhone. I hope to buy an iMac next year and then I will use it 🙂 I love it, that now you can use the volume + to activate the camera. The Videos and Newsstand look interesting, too, I have to give it a try. I haven’t figured out the iMessenger yet. How do you install it and use it? You can make a post 🙂 All in all it’s really an awesome update, I love it 🙂

    • Yes, I was showing off to June on the volume button to take photo. hahaha she get so annoyed with me LOL.

I think no one can ignore the fact – Newsstand is so stand out. it’s always there! LOL I’ll subscribe when the playboy magazine is added! ROFL

The iMessenger is interesting – get confused when you can seems to find where’s the standalone icon for it – turn out SMS/iMessenger are build right in.

I love the upgrade and I think the experience is awesome – I only got annoyed with my twitter app Echofon.
