How to use iCloud Keychain to automatically log into Google one account

If you have been using OS X Mavericks, you already know that that iCloud Keychain can auto fill your password to any website you visit. It’s a cool feature.

However some of you may have noticed, it just doesn’t auto fill the password on Google web site. Google must have been casting bad spell on Apple! Okay, not really.

The Fix

Turns out if you click “Stay signed in” when you log in to your Google account, it will stop iCloud Keychain to auto fill your password. It’s weird but that’s how it is. There must be an explanation to this but I’m not the expert to explain. But I do not know how to get your iCloud Keychain running again.

Step One

Click “Click sign in as different account”

Step Two

Click “Remove”

Step Three

Click the “X” to remove.

Step Four

You’re done at this point. Just remember not to click “Stay signed in” from here and out. You will see the Password Autofill by iCloud Keychain in action.

Done

Reminder: Uncheck “Stay signed in”.
