Long story short, my work iPhone was disabled after exceed passcode retry. I didn’t have the time to check the how-to to unlock the phone and for some reason I can’t remote erase the iPhone because Find My iPhone on Apple website don’t detect my iPhone. The only for me to do right now is this;
If you are using iPhone or iPad for business, you probably might want to lay down some ground rules with your employees. Example iPhone for playing music and iPad for POS and nothing else. If you have extra devices I think that should be easy to do.
You might also want to consider setting your iPhone to auto erase when the number of passcode retry exceeded. If you do this you will save time from resetting, erasing your iPhone.
Apple provides a few tips how to unlocked your iPhone and iPad, looks easy but not. It’s a good safety feature, but really not convenient for the owner.
