Whether this is a publicity stunt by Maxis or simply play safe not to have too many of this gigantic-phone to sit around when HTC One(m8) hit the shelf or maybe Apple iWatch (You guys!), I think this is pretty telling that high-end smartphone in Malaysia has hit rock bottom.

So there’s no doubt Maxis has been busy micro managing their new smartphone stocks. I first notice this trend when Maxis put up a bunting at a shopping complex informing customer that their iPhone 5s is out of stock. However, when I check on their website, you can purchase and have them ship to you anytime.

For now Maxis is not taking any more Pre-order for Samsung Galaxy S5 and you may check back to Maxis website by 11th April 2014 or you can check the competitors.
