You have got to trust me on this one, really delicious to lick and suck!

Chicken Feet Noodle

The way they prepare this noodle is unique.

First, they sun bath the chicken feet, like what you normally on the beach — suntan.  You have to dry the chicken feet under the sun before fry. Deep-fried these feet carefully, don’t over cooked.

Prepare dark soya source, onion and any ingredient you like to make your soya sauce soup smell good.

Once your soya sauce is at boiling point, throw in your fry chicken feet and let it dance with the soya sauce soup for few minutes. DO NOT let your chicken feet over dance in the soup, you want to make sure the chicken feet’s skin remain intake and soften.

Wa la!

You have great chicken feet soup and a great taste of chicken feet. All you now is a bowl of handmade noodle!

  1. I think the hand made noodles look more yummy than the chicken feet! Haha! Cos I am not a fan of chicken feet : )

  2. Bro, chicken feet are yummy, if the bones are removed. I loved those in Taiwan you can buy on the street and eat like snack. Goes well with beer. One day I wanna try the one in Kuching 🙂

  3. Woot!!! Sun bath the chicken feet? Netsterz, that yucky chicken feet may be very delicious,sure.lol..but now that you have described the way it is sucked and licked, there is just no way in hell I could sit down and try it! I would spend the whole time thinking of your words here, lol…and that would put me off my food very fast.
