Way too slow.

I received an SMS from Astro few months ago with the offer of 3 months free subscription should I decide to reconnect my Astro subscription.

Saturday: I try to call Astro at around 8-9pm. Astro robot warning they are having a high call volume. Truly, waited for 10-15mins no one pickup my call, so I left them an email.

Sunday: I received the email at around 2.14pm. Replied their email 2 hours later.

Monday: Astro forward my request to the relevant reconnection department at around 2.13pm.

I came home after work today and give them a call at around 7pm and the robot again mentioning Astro is having high call volume.

I have loss my appetite to subscribe to the service, I expect fast service fast reconnection.

I am truly disappointed.
