I finally bought something from the Special One-Day Apple Shopping event. I bought a Magic Mouse. This beast is absolutely gorgeous, I am not kidding.
Here’s my Apple Magic Mouse
What I like about Magic Mouse?
Editing photos with the abilities to click and move is really a lifesaver. If there’s anything tiny on the screen, the Magic Mouse is the best friend for the job.
Working with Microsoft Excel for Mac is really easy too. You can highlight, drag, and move data and formula more freely.
I love the design, it is so premium; I love premium products.
Three “beastify” first day use
- Trashcan Icon
- Knock Knock
- Laziness left hand
I can’t believe I was looking for a trash can icon on my Mail app. Those of you are using Trackpad for the pass 46 months like me, can you spot the trash can icon on the Mail? I can’t find the icon for the next ten or 15 second of my life because I never use it. I laugh so loud when I found it.
I like to knock knock Magic Mouse on the head and it will bring up the Mission Control on Mountain Lion. You use four fingers swipe up on a Trackpad; I prefer knock knock.
For the life of me I never thought my left hand was so lazy until I use a Magic Mouse. Say you want to open an app from Launchpad, on Trackpad you pinch with three fingers and a tap; Magic Mouse on the other hand needs a left hand to pinch with three fingers then a right hand with a Magic Mouse to click.
So the two major lessons I’ve learned from this: Number one, there is always a reason why there are still redundant icons/functionalities on app running on a PC; Number two, App on iOS is genius!
I still in love with Apple Trackpad
When I bought a MacBook in 2010, I never thought I would religiously change my 15 year habit of using a computer mouse to a Apple Trackpad in a heart beat.
Apple Trackpad on my MacBook Aluminum makes my world go wild, I swipe up and down with two fingers; swipe left and right with two or four fingers; pinch with four fingers etc.… this beast is crazy! I can never go back to Windows for these very helpful features.
For 46 months I never have a need of a mouse to do my work; mouse after all is just a device for pointing, dragging, dropping and straining my wrist. Huh?
What I mean is that, the function of a computer mouse is not irreplaceable. This evidence showed in hundred of millions Smartphone and tablets sales annually. Besides, having a mouse with you while travel is not cool, don’t you agree?
Why do you buy Magic Mouse? Apple Trackpad already satisfied your need!
Good question! First I just want to spend something on the One-Day Apple Shopping Event; second, emotionally I wanted a Magic Mouse during Switch event but I got an Apple Earpods instead; Thirdly, boys just want to have fun. Savvy?
What about you? Do you have an expensive mouse on your PC?

How could you not have experienced this before? Of course, they are quite expensive. That’s the downfall.
Hello Kenna, hehehe yeah took me ages to get one and to experience it. In fact, I wanted it back in Jan 2012.
Never too late for me 🙂
Thank you for your comment.
I have yet to get the Magic mouse! The Trackpad is good enough for me so I don’t see the need but maybe one day, I will buy it just for fun or owning one haha!
It an awesome device to have if you have extra money (or not) to buy it LOL. You can wait for next year One-day special event to buy it, better discount.
It’s not a necessary to own one but Apple design Magic Mouse so well that if you pick it up you will just appreciate how useful it is on a Mac.
How’s your CNY? Wishing you 恭喜发财!:)
