Transfer contacts between iPhone and Android Smartphone with an app

Hi! This is my follow up post to my previous post “How to transfer iPhone Contacts to Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and S3” it certainly gets a lot of attention. Thank you for the kind support.

You know the famous commercial from Apple “There’s An App For That” in 2009? So I thought instead of going geeky doing everything manually, it has probably been easier to use app.

There are two apps for transferring contacts that worth mentioning, Bump and IntouchApp.

I heard about Bump sometime ago, the main selling point here is that you just need to bump lightly with your fist and the contacts will magically transfer between Smartphones.

Step One

Download Bump for iOS and Bump for Android.

Step Two

Open Bump and select “Contacts”. From here you can select few or all your contacts to transfer.

Then bump between Smartphone.

Other awesome features of Bump include bump Photo to Computer, Video, Audio, documents & received files, Dropbox, Contacts and app suggestions.

Bump features

I have recommended Bump to my friend who works at the phone shop. They appreciate my recommendation because Bump gives them a quick and easy contacts transfer without the use of a PC.

If you don’t like going through the hassle, Bump by far the most creative, interesting and fun app to play with. It’s best suited for both normal users and Smartphone dealer.

As for IntouchApp, I received twitter messages from the app developer; a similar recommendation from Mr. Sarang Lakare who left a comment on my post. I thank you for your recommendation, I will write about IntouchApp on a separate post.
